Position – Territory Manager 

Qualification-  Any Graduate

Experience (No. Of years): 4+ yrs

Location –Chennai/mumbai

Job description:

  1.          Detailed market mapping and customer listing for each DSR (HoReCa).
  2.          Double working with DSRs to train and coach them.
  3.          Ensuring distributors maintain the min stock levels at all times.
  4.          Ensure that distributors invest in the business mas per growth trends.
  5.          Ensure timely ROI discussions are done with the distributor.
  6.          Intervene as and when required to ensure DSRs get full support from distributors.
  7.          Send report as per schedules.
  8.          Keep the team of DSRs motivated and ensure minimum attrition.
  9.          To escalate issues on timely basis for faster action.
  10.          Meet customers on regular basis and develop relationships with key people.
  11.          Recruit, train, develop and retain a team of DSRs (Sales Associates)
  12.          Lead a Team of DSRs in Institutional Customer acquisition, business development at existing/new Customers by sales Presentation and                        Demonstration, Servicing Customer needs like End-user training, troubleshooting etc.
  13.          Ensure that the Channels business objectives set for the territory are met
  14.          Develop self on Application Knowledge so as to become the centre of excellence in his designated territory, for others to learn and seek support.
